Ayla Brown will join Blake Shelton at the ACM/NRA Country Celebrity Clay Shoot

I just heard that former American Idol contestant, country music singer, budding reporter, college basketball standout, and brunette knockout Ayla Brown will be on hand at Blake Shelton’s ACM/NRA Country charity sporting clays shoot this weekend at the Nellis Airforce base in Las Vegas.  She happens to be the daughter of Scott Brown, the Massachusetts Senator, but she’s not riding any coattails. She’ll be interviewing some of the other artists, much like her interview with Miranda Lambert, that will air on Friday morning on the CBS early show. I’d like to meet her one day (wouldn’t we all!), and perhaps letting her beat me in a pickup game of basketball. Until then, I’ll keep dreaming.
